We organize our road trips from our home in the outskirts of Mashhad, away from the brutal congestion of Tehran, hence the name of this website.

We write about our many destinations, our experiences with the foreign tourists and the Iranians we meet, and the highs and lows we experience touring this beautiful yet complex land, a country that is slowly blooming into an international destination.
